-Rare, hard to find Perillo Plate by Vague Shadows, stictly limited to only 7,500 plates.  It is entitled "Siberian Love" and it features an eskimo child hugging next to a gorgeous Siberian Husky dog.  It it just gorgeous. This plate is dated 1982.  This plate is part of 2 plate set and I have the other plate in our store listed too. If interested check out the Samoyed Plate by Perillo as well.  Plate is autographed front by Perillo @ 80.
This plate depicts the original oil painting by Gregory Perillo. Perillo was born
in Greenwich Village, New York.  Perillo is a western painter and sculptor, who continues to live in New York but who makes frequent trips West to refresh his vision. He was one of the first western artists to combine portraits of animals and humans on canvas and combines realism and impressionism. Perillo's plates are highly regarded and valued by plate collectors all over the world.
Measures 8 1/2" round in diameter.  It has never been displayed and is in its original plastic and will come in its original box too.
Plate in Mint Condition -  Colors are Very Vibrant.
-The expression and detail on this Siberian and child is precious.  What loyalty and devotion! Perillo does a wonderful job of portraying this gorgous breed.  It is a great Tribute to the Cairn Siberian  Breed and what Lovely Detail! You don't want to miss this plate.  Truly adorable and cute as can be.
